Meet Charlotte

Hi, I’m Charlotte (she/they), a Registered Psychotherapist and qualified Clinical Supervisor with the CRPO. As a queer and neurodivergent supervisor, I’m deeply passionate about supporting queer and neurodivergent clients through an attachment-based, relational approach. In my work with clients, I draw from modalities such as IFS, psychodynamic therapy, and relational therapy.

As a supervisor, my goal is to help you discover the kind of therapist you want to be. I encourage supervisees to lean into their authentic selves and apply client-focused modalities and approaches that align with their training, values, and expertise. I believe we do our best work as therapists when we fully embrace our own authenticity. I believe in a collaborative approach to supervision, where feedback is shared openly and honestly in both directions. Supervision will be tailored to each supervisees unique needs and level of experience and development, with growth and self-understanding at the forefront.

I offer individual, dyadic, and group supervision. All supervision spaces are rooted in anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and anti-colonial frameworks, and I work to ensure these values are reflected throughout our time together. With a passion for social justice, I welcome LGBTQ+ and BIPOC supervisees, and my supervision spaces are safe and affirming for those who have experienced systemic injustice. I support supervisees who are passionate about working within their values as marginalized individuals or activists.

Effective therapy is rooted in thoughtful supervision, and my goal is to help create a space where you can deepen your practice and grow into the therapist you're meant to be.
