NATALIE (SHE/HER)

Life can be overwhelming, confusing, and draining, and we all need a little extra help from time to time. Finding the right therapist can be challenging, but my hope is that you feel truly valued in our work together, and that through self-exploration and reflection, you discover a sense of balance and well-being. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a current Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student at Yorkville University, I bring a unique blend of expertise and understanding to our sessions.

I believe therapy should be tailored to your individual needs, and my approach is all about warmth, compassion, and collaboration. I am dedicated to creating a culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, inclusive, and gender-affirming space where you can feel truly seen and heard.

In our sessions, I take an integrated approach, often drawing from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, mindfulness-based, and solution-focused therapies. I'm committed to discovering the best approaches to support your growth and well-being. Whether you're navigating life's ups and downs or just need a safe space to be yourself, I'm here to support you on your journey to healing, growth, and self-discovery.

With a background in healthcare and a strong foundation in critical and creative thinking, my decision to become a therapist was fueled by a deep curiosity about the human experience. I have always had a love for learning about diverse perspectives, and a genuine passion for helping others gain insight into themselves and their world. Let’s embark on this adventure together and make positive change happen!
