KILEY (SHE/HER)

Hello, my name is Kiley (she/her). I am passionate about walking alongside my clients, helping them feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey.

My professional approach is deeply informed by my lived experiences as a queer, disabled, and neurodivergent woman. In my work with clients, I strive to understand what it feels like to be you while maintaining a thoughtful curiosity about the systems and structures that shape your experience in the world.

My treatment specialties include identity exploration, life transitions, spirituality, self-esteem, system navigation, coping skills, and psychoeducation. As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on theories and methods from somatic practices, family systems, transpersonal approaches, mindfulness-based therapy, and creative expression. I believe in the transformative power of connection, community, and creativity, offering a warm and authentic presence to guide my clients on their journey of self-discovery.

Before becoming a psychotherapist (qualifying), I built a career in community development, focusing on work with 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminology, with my academic work centered on social inequalities, systemic oppression, philosophy, human behavior, and women and gender studies.

In my personal life, I am an artist, creating pieces inspired by my internal world. I live with my partner and our dog, Adler. I love coffee, romance novels, and crafts.

If you feel my approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for more information.
