ALIYAH (SHE/HER)

Welcome! Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. Whether you’re new to therapy or continuing your personal work, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.

I believe meaningful change happens in the context of safe, compassionate relationships. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) principles, with an emphasis on exploring how past experiences and emotional patterns shape our present. At the same time, I remain flexible and collaborative—tailoring our work together based on what feels most helpful and resonant for you.

As someone who moves through the world with multiple intersecting identities, I understand how important it is to be truly seen in therapy. I strive to hold space in a way that is affirming, anti-oppressive, and deeply respectful of your unique story.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m an avid foodie who loves trying dishes from different cultures, and I can happily spend hours in the kitchen cooking up new creations. I also have a huge soft spot for furry friends—my unofficial emotional support animal is any dog I make eye contact with on the street.

If you're looking for a space to unpack the hard stuff, reconnect with yourself, or just need someone to help untangle the mental spaghetti—we might be a good fit. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you as you explore what healing and growth can look like for you.
